Carrera
Su debut fue en el 2001con el dorama de la cadena MBC Delicious Proposal esto fue después salir del Instituto de Artes de Seul al año de comenzar. Su debut en el cine fue con la película Secret Tears en el 2000.Ella se hizo muy popular en Japón. Dos de sus películas encabezaban la lista japonesa de las películas coreanas más populares. En 2009, trabajo en Into the White Night basada en la novela japonesa del mismo nombre.
