[[SS9013]] es un transistor [[NPN]] fabricado de [[silicio]] utilizado principalmente para fines de conmutación y amplificación de uso general en dispositivos comerciales, además, también es un transistor ideal para usar en proyectos electrónicos de hobby y educativos. Su [[encapsulado]] es de tipo [[TO-92]]. Su par complementario [[PNP]] es el [[SS9012]].&lt;br /&gt;

Al ser un [[transistor]] de uso general, se abre a un amplio espectro de aplicaciones electrónicas que van desde [[conmutación]] por ejemplo, la corriente del colector del transistor es de 500 mA, lo que es bastante bueno para operar cargas como [[relés]], [[LED]] de alta potencia y circuitos integrados.
