== Descripción ==&lt;br /&gt;
Este tipo de componente es fabricado por diversas empresas como la NEC, Dc Components, Unisonic Technologies  entre otras. Se fabrican con el encapsulado TO-90, SOT 23 y SOT 323 con una distribución de pines  colector, emisor, base de derecha a izquierda en el encapsulado TO-90 y emisor, base, colector en los otros encapsulados como se muestra en la Figura.I  y es de polaridad PNP&lt;br /&gt;
Este se puede sustituir por los transistores 2SA1522-1529 entre otros. Además su complementario es el 2SC945.&lt;br /&gt;
