Carrera
Comenzó su carrera como actriz en la serie Hey Dude de Nickelodeon donde estuvo hasta 1991, luego participó en varias series como Ellen, Seinfeld y Friends, su primera aparición en el cine fue en 1993 en la película Calendar Girls, luego fue participando en varios filmes hasta la actualidad.
Vida privada
Está casada desde el año 200 con el actor Ben Stiller con quien tiene dos hijos, además es participante activa Proyecto A.L.S. creado para tratar a personas que padecen de esclerosis lateral amiotrófica, de la cual es vicepresidenta
