==Ingredientes==&lt;br /&gt;
*2 libras de hueso de [[cerdo]] de pierna o brazuelo&lt;br /&gt;
*2 rollos de hojas de mora&lt;br /&gt;
*½ [[cebolla]] blanca&lt;br /&gt;
*4 dientes de [[ajo]]&lt;br /&gt;
*2 cucharadas de [[achiote]] en polvo&lt;br /&gt;
*1 una libra de [[maíz]]&lt;br /&gt;
*4 [[chiles]] chiltepes &lt;br /&gt;
*sal al gusto &lt;br /&gt;
*6 litros de agua&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Preparación==&lt;br /&gt;
En una olla se pone el agua, el hueso, las cebollas, los ajos y la sal. Se lleva al fuego y se&lt;br /&gt;
deja cocinar. Mientras tanto se deshoja la mora y se lava bien. En un comal se pone a&lt;br /&gt;
tostar el maíz, hasta que quede un color doradito. Cuando está listo se lleva al molino y&lt;br /&gt;
se agrega el achiote y los chiles chiltepes, se muele bien y se reserva. Cuando el caldo está&lt;br /&gt;
hirviendo, después de unas dos horas aproximadamente, se le agrega el maíz molido y se&lt;br /&gt;
deja que se cocina por unos 30 minutos más, para luego agregarle las hojas de mora. Se&lt;br /&gt;
prueba para verificar el sabor y si es necesario se le pone un poquito de sal. Se sirve&lt;br /&gt;
acompañada de tortillas recién salidas del comal.&lt;br /&gt;
