Primeros años

David Krumholtz nació el 5 de mayo de 1978, en Queens, New York, hijo de Michael Krumholtz , un trabajador postal de ascendencia polaca y Judy, una asistente dental, de ascendencia húngara. Su hogar fue el de una familia trabajadora humilde de creencias judías, en él cual creció.

Carrera

David Krumholtz hizó su debut actoral en una obra de Broadway a la edad de trece años en 1992. Al año siguiente apareció en los filmes Life with Mikey y Addams Family Values. A estos les siguieron otros como Santa Clause (1994), 10 Things I Hate About You (1999), Ray (2004), Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004) y Serenity (2005). Realizó su debut en televisión en la serie Monty (1994), la cual coprotagonizó. Además apareció en otras como The Closer (1998), The Trouble with Normal (2000), hasta llegar a Numb3rs (2005), donde interpretó a un genio matemático que ayuda a su hermano investigador del FBI a resolver los más disímiles crímenes con la ayuda de ecuaciones matemáticas. A esta interpretación le han seguido otras, quizás no tan exitosas pero no menos interesantes en la pantalla chica.
