Síntesis Biográfica
Nació en Londres, Inglaterra. Asistió al Latymer Upper School de Londres. Es miembro de la Young Blood Theatre Company. Es hija de Fiona y Trevor Poots que es un productor de televisión Londinense. Su primera aparición en una película fue como la joven Valerie en la película 2005 V de Vendetta. Fue mundialmente conocida por su papel como Tammy en la exitosa película británica 28 Weeks Later
