Reseña
Comenzó en 1990 como banda instrumental, conocida como Burn the Priest y lanzaron en 1998 el álbum debut homónimo con "Legion Records". Poco después del lanzamiento del álbum cambian su nombre a Lamb of God.
La banda está formada por el vocalista Randy Blythe, los guitarristas Mark Morton y Willie Adler, el bajista John Campbell, y el batería Chris Adler.
Después de alcanzar el éxito con el lanzamiento en 2004 del álbum "Ashes of the Wake", la banda a menudo ha sido asociada con términos tales como “líderes” de la new wave of american heavy metal.
Lamb of God ha participado en los festivales "Download", "Gigantour" y "Soundwave", y dos veces en "Ozzfest". Además formó parte, en 2006, de la gira "The Unholy Alliance Tour" emprendida por la banda Slayer.
