Artista multidisciplinaria nacida en Hamburgo en 1981 cuyas obras se han exhibido a nivel nacional, en Kenia, Estados Unidos, Barbados, Sudáfrica, Dinamarca e India. Ella describe su práctica artística como informada por un deseo de explorar y expresar enfoques e ideas conceptuales, así como una necesidad de disfrutar de una "relación tácita y sensual" con materiales y técnicas. Para Lorenzen, a menudo el medio, la técnica y el material están a la vanguardia, otras veces el concepto nace primero.
