Nació el 5 de diciembre de 1995 en Changchun, Provincia de Jilin, China. Estudió en el departamento de Actuación de la Academia de Cine de Beijing.
Trayectoria
Comenzó como actriz en la serie de televisión de ficción histórica God of War, Zhao Yun. En 2019, Meng protagonizó el drama xianxia The Untamed, basado en la novela Mo Dao Zu Shi. En 2020, Meng protagonizó el drama empresarial juvenil Rebirth of Shopping Addict. El mismo año, fue elegida para el drama wuxia Sword Snow Stride escrito por Wang Juan.
